Sure, this isn't exactly Amazon's "one click checkout", but hey, you guys (and the occasional girl)
are tinkerers and paintballers! Compared to cleaning broken paint out of a HALO, this is easy!

(This page is only for ordering products off the Doc's Gear page.
For custom work, repairs, mods, machining, anodizing and all other inquiries,

Please do not send custom work inquiries to the 'Ordering' address, nor send
orders to Doc's address. Both will probably be ignored, if not ridiculed outright.)

To Place An Order:

First: Look through our pitiful store of trinkets and see if there's anything you can't live without. Or even something you'd like just 'cause it's cool. Or something that'll make your gun mega-cool and quintuple either the number of eliminations you get every game, (offer void in 3-man games) your rate-of-fire, or your sex appeal. Maybe all three.

Second: Send us an E-mail at...

... And tell us the following information:

Name, correct mailing address including ZIP code, and return E-mail address
Item or items you'd like sent, including- if applicable- size, style or color
How you would prefer to pay: as below, COD or prepay with a check or MO.

Third: You're done! Assuming we're not out of stock, out playing paintball or completely out of our minds, we'll send a confirmation message as soon as possible, and the package should be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (barring alien invasions, the all-too-frequent coronation or knighthood ceremonies, or a really good episode of the Simpsons) if you chose COD, or equally immediately upon reciept of payment.

Payment methods:

1) COD: You place the order, we'll confirm it and ship the item(s) out via US Priority Mail COD (Cash On Delivery.)
If it's in stock, we can usually have it shipped within 24 to 48 hours this way, and Priority will reach even the East Coast in under four days.

2) You may prepay with a check or money order. Place the order, we'll confirm the total cost including shipping, and you can then mail a check or money order for the item(s). Orders made with a Bank or USPS money order will ship within 24 to 48 hours (again depending if it's in stock) though we reserve the right to hold personal checks as long as ten days in order for them to clear.

3) PayPal! Our ID is ordering@docsmachine.com
PayPal-ed orders can often be shipped within a few hours, though our target is within 24 hours, barring something being backordered or out of stock. For most single-item or other small orders, shipping is just $4.50 for US Priority Post, please include this as well as the PP transaction fees in your payment. If you have any question about actual shipping costs, please confirm via E-mail first.

Shipping:

Unless other methods are requested, all packages will be shipped US Priority Mail, either COD or delivery confirmed.
UPS or FedEx shipping is available by special request only- UPS in particular, however, may add an extra delay as the local office has very obscure hours and a very poor pickup schedule.

More Details:

We can deliver to Canada and other countries, but we cannot COD outside the US. Foreign and Canadian orders must be prepaid with a bank money order in USD funds. Unfortunately we also cannot control or even guess on Border or Customs delays, and all applicable customs taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
