Baldor Grinder

The grinder continued to have a persistent vibration that no amount of dressing seemed to fix.
I eventually determined that the previous owner had done a lot of grinding on the side of the wheel,
and since the wheel wobbled side-to-side slightly, that wore a faint hollow in one side of the stone.
That caused a significant imbalance which couldn't be fixed, so I scrapped that rock and replaced it
with another Norton. However, I then needed to fix the side-to-side wobble.

The motor shaft itself was very true, so I took a look at the flanges and nuts, and discovered that
neither were particularly true or square. The red arrow above shows where the nut, though tight to
the flange, only fully contacts on one side, allowing the rock to wobble.
