To replace the now-missing quarter, I had this panel "broke" (bent in a sheetmetal brake) by a local shop,
as I don't yet have a brake of my own. The panel is salvaged from an old X-ray processor, so there's at least
some minor connection to real-world high-energy particle streams.

The sheet on the right is a strip of 304 I'd considered using, but that would have required welding another seam.
The corner would have been "sharper" but very probably would have warped during welding.
