Drill Grinder Stand

Then I just traced the new outline onto a chunk of 22-ga steel,
cut it to shape with the bench shear and some aviation snips, and
TIG-welded it to the rim band. I used thin baling wire as
filler rod, due to the thinness of the metal and teeny welds.
