The Gabriel Chip modification converts your Angel circuit board over to KM2's
innovative trigger-programmable fire mode system. Once converted, switching from
semi to turbo or full-auto is as easy as switching the gun off, back on and clicking
the trigger. (The system is 'tourney lockable' for those events that do not
allow "enhanced fire modes".)
Once you get the hang of the trigger programming,
it's fast, easy and reliable. For a complete description of the Gabriel modes and
method of operation, click HERE.
The Anti-Chop Eye system provides a level of "self timing" feedback to the Gabriel control. It senses when a paintball has been fully seated in the breech, then allows the bolt to close and the gun to fire. This prevents (or at least severely reduces the chances of) a not-quite-fully-chambered 'ball from being "snipped" by the closing bolt. You're then less dependent on the strength of the batteries in the loader, you can tune the gun closer to a maximum ROF and really honk it out there, and it allows a player to RUN, full-tilt and hell-bent-for-leather, while providing his (or her) own cover fire, all without worrying about chopping a 'ball in the breech.
The Gabriel Vision System is currently available for both the original LED and
the latest LCD Angels.
The modifications are performed to your marker's original
board, so in the case of very early LEDs, you must have the upgraded, "non-heat
sensitive" S/F-capable circuit board.
The complete Gabriel Vision System
installation, which includes the Gabriel conversion, the eye sensor installation,
and full testing and instructions, is $300.
Both the Gabriel modification and the Vision System installation will void the
factory WDP warranty.
Neither mod is endorsed or condoned by WDP.
However,
both KM2 and Doc's Machine fully warranty all aspects of the Gabriel and Vision System
conversions.
