In the 1987 issue of American Handgunner
Magazine's Annual issue, we were given an interesting look into the very early days
of the sport. Having been around for barely six years at that point, and certainly
not as refined as we know it today, they still called it the "survival game"
and the players were very much into the camoflage and military aspect.
